THE ARTIST CHOOSES THE PEOPLE THAT HE WORKS WITH BASED ON CERTAIN CRITERIA Kaysinners may reach out to someone according to certain skills he/she may have. If a person is not contacted by Kaysinners then he/she must meet the criteria listed on this page   ( "Public Appearance") All artists that collaborate with Kaysinners end up on kaysinners.com with a biography. Information on artists are collected.

 To be considered Here are the things you need to be considered. If you feel that you meet everything on this list, then please send an email to management@kaysinners.com with all of your information from the list

1. Have a higher following than Kaysinners In At least one Social Network
Your fan following number must be greater than one of Kaysinners fan following numbers, in at least one social media account. For example, If Kaysinners has more followers than you on Twitter and Youtube, but you have more followers on Facebook than kaysinners, then your chances are increased. This is done so artists don't leech off other artists & everything is fair

2. Have your own website
If you don't have your own website then you're not serious about your music/work. Why would another musician take you serious if you're not professional? (Notice : The site must not have any third party branding. For example, having links on the bottom of the site that say 'powered by blogger', 'powered by tumblr' etc are not considered as professional sites). Please have a professional site

3. Have High Quality Pictures Of Yourself
You need to show who you're. And if you want to go far in the industry you need to have high quality pictures of yourself. Be professional about your music if you want to take it serious. Showcasing yourself properly is part of it

4. Good Quality Recordings

You're not expected to have studio quality recordings but there are mics you can get online which allow you to record in very good quality. You shouldn't want to collaborate with another artist with bad recording. Background noise, production not leveled correctly with your voice etc. No one serious about their work wants to hear that. Invest money in a mic. If you want to invest in studio time instead then do that

5. Music Must Have A Message

When collaborating with Kaysinners you must stay on topic. You can't talk about dancing at the club on one verse and then on the third verse talk about political subjects. Your music must stay on topic as an artist. It must have a message. Always ask yourself "What is the message of this song?" and "What is this song about? What's the point of it?". If you don't have the answer then your song has no meaning/value and it is considered worthless in the Kaysinners world.

6. You Must Stand Out

What makes you stand out as an artist? Is it your musician name? Your look? Here is an example(This will give you an idea)
Lu Hound - He always wears his hound ring. His website shows a hound in the background. It is all connected to his musician name.That makes him stand out and separates him from other artists. Its his branding. The point is to brand yourself the right way. He also has his own style of making music. Doesn't sound like the stuff you hear on the radio



6. Must Have Permanent Social Media Profiles

Some artists don't know how to use the internet. They don't know how to setup a Youtube channel properly or maintain a consistent profile page. If you're one of those artists that uploads their content in different profiles in the same social network because you don't know how to stick with one, then learn. Show your professionalism by actually setting up a page correctly

 Do You Make Beats?

• Send an email to management@kaysinners.com If you want to work alongside Kaysinners and produce. Before you send that email here are a few things you should know :
• i. If you take someone elses beat and claim that the beat is yours you will get caught in the long run. You need to give evidence that you created the beat in order for you to be fully acknowledged and credited in the end. You must provide your full name and producer name as well


• ii. Hear the production for the tracks in Kaysinners albums. Study the style. Many producers are turned down because Kaysinners will not accept production that does not match with his style


• iii. Don’t send spam. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited bulk email, postings, contact requests, or instant messages. If your beats are not chosen it is because they don't fit with the artist


• iv. Your age does not matter as a producer. Just make sure you have a catalog of beats. A place where all your content can be heard.


• v. Don’t engage in activity that is false or misleading (e.g., asking for money under false pretenses, impersonating someone else, using Services online to increase play count, or affect rankings, ratings, or comments). Fakeness can be smelled from a mile away


• vi. If you use samples in your beats make sure you state that. Make sure you have more original beats than sampled beats. Sampling is great and all but if you truly want to stand out then originality is what gets you far.


• vii. Don’t engage in activity that is harmful to the Services, or others (e.g., transmitting viruses, stalking, communicating hate speech, or advocating violence against others). If you have a bad reputation as a producer no one will want you. be professional, be nice to people
